ECE provides credential evaluation reports for internationally educated professionals applying for licensure in the U.S. We are the exclusive evaluator for the ADA and the NABP, providing required reports for foreign-trained dentists and pharmacists. We also offer nursing credential evaluation reports for internationally educated nurses seeking U.S. licensure.
ECE reports can also be used to meet CAP and CLIA requirements for point-of-care staff.

Enlisting in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, Coast Guard, or Marines? Your recruiter may request a foreign degree evaluation. ECE can help.

✂️ Cosmetology & Barbering
ECE can evaluate foreign education for cosmetologists, including manicurists and estheticians, and barbers seeking licensure in Florida, Kansas (high school credentials only), Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Utah. If your state is not listed, ECE cannot prepare a report for you.
A General report ($110) is recommended in most cases. Confirm the required report type with your licensing board.

What documents do I need to submit?
Document requirements depend on the country where you studied and the credential being evaluated. Review ECE's country-specific documentation requirements before you apply.
How long does an ECE evaluation take?
ECE's current processing time is approximately three weeks after all required materials are received and the file is ready for evaluation. Processing times vary based on application volume, document completeness, and verification requirements. Please allow additional time for newly received documents to appear in your account status.
For time-sensitive requests, a 5-business-day rush service is available.
Can I apply before all my documents are ready?
Yes. You can create an account and complete the online application before every document is ready. Review your requirements first, then send your documents after applying and include your ECE reference number.
How can I check my application status?
Log in to your ECE account to view the current status of your order. ECE will also send a confirmation after your submitted documents have been received and processed.
Does ECE provide reports for Canadian immigration?
No. ECE does not currently provide Educational Credential Assessments for Canadian immigration. ECE provides academic assessments for study, professional licensure, and employment in Canada.
