The ECE WalletTM is a secure digital wallet that holds your official ECE® evaluation report. ECE offers it in partnership with Pearsana, a blockchain-backed digital wallet for personal documents.
Once your evaluation is complete, your report goes straight into your ECE Wallet™. Keep it alongside your transcripts, certificates, and other academic documents. Share your report digitally with universities, licensing boards, and employers in just a few clicks, as many times as you need while your subscription is active. Sharing is also subject to ECE's report retention policy, which limits report availability to five years.
The ECE WalletTM adds to your ECE® evaluation; it does not replace it. Your report is the same official evaluation ECE issues. The WalletTM gives you an easier, more secure way to store and share it.

How It Works
There are two ways to get your ECE WalletTM ($49 a year):
- New ECE® applicants: Add the ECE WalletTM at checkout when you order your evaluation.
- Previous ECE® applicants: Already have an ECE® evaluation? Go to wallet.pearsana.com to set up your ECE WalletTM, or add it when you order an additional report.
1. Sign into your WalletTM
If you add the WalletTM to an ECE® order, we create your account for you and email you a temporary passcode to sign in at wallet.pearsana.com. If you're a previous applicant setting up directly, create your account at wallet.pearsana.com. It only takes a few minutes.
2. Receive your report
Your official ECE® report is uploaded to your WalletTM. For new applicants, this happens as soon as ECE completes your evaluation. The next time you log in, you'll see a notification to accept it.
3. Store your documents
Keep your ECE® report alongside your transcripts, certificates, IDs and other records, all in one secure place.
4. Unlimited shares
Choose what to share digitally, who to share it with, and when. Send your report instantly to universities, licensing boards, and employers, as many times as you need while your subscription is active.

Do I need to complete my ECE evaluation first?
Yes. Your WalletTM is activated only after ECE completes your evaluation. Pearsana does not perform or influence your evaluation. It only stores your finished report and lets you share it.
Does the ECE Wallet replace my evaluation report?
No. The ECE WalletTM holds the same official report that ECE issues. It gives you an easier way to store and share it.
How do institutions know my report is authentic?
Your report is the official evaluation issued by ECE. Every share is recorded on the blockchain, so you and the recipient have a traceable record that can't be tampered with.
Can I share my report with more than one institution or employer?
Yes. You can share your report instantly, as many times as you need, at no extra cost while your ECE Wallet™ subscription is active. Your report remains available for sharing for up to five years, in accordance with ECE's report retention policy.
How much does the ECE Wallet cost?
The ECE Wallet™ is a yearly subscription for $49. During your active subscription, you can share your evaluation report as many times as you need at no additional cost. You can renew your subscription annually to continue enjoying unlimited digital sharing for up to five years, in accordance with ECE's report retention policy.
How do I get an ECE Wallet?
If you're a new ECE® applicant, add it at checkout when you order your evaluation. If you already have an ECE® evaluation, go to wallet.pearsana.com to set up your ECE WalletTM, or add it when you order an additional report.
Is my report kept private?
Yes. Your report is visible only to you unless you choose to share it. You control every share. Pearsana does not sell or share your personal data without your consent.
How secure is my data?
Your WalletTM runs on AWS and uses encryption, multi-factor authentication and strict access controls.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The ECE WalletTM works in any web browser on your phone, tablet or laptop. A mobile app is planned, and you'll use the same login.
Can I store other documents in my wallet?
Yes. You can store transcripts, certificates, IDs and other records alongside your ECE® report.
How long does setup take?
Just a few minutes. If you add the ECE WalletTM to an ECE® order, your account is created for you. Sign in at wallet.pearsana.com with the temporary passcode we email you, and you're ready to go. Previous applicants can create their own account at wallet.pearsana.com.
