Margaret Wenger

Meg has been a champion of international education since she studied in Denmark after high school. Since then, she has lived and worked in France, Togo, China, and Japan, and came back to her roots in Wisconsin to work at ECE thirty-five years ago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and a Master of Science degree in the Cultural Foundations of Education.

A passionate traveler, Meg is a firm believer in exploring the world with kindness, curiosity, and respect. One of the joys of working at ECE is sharing those values with coworkers and colleagues. Her areas of focus are mentoring and training new evaluators, championing the adoption of digital data practices in international education, and the fundamental detective work of credential evaluation.

Away from work, Meg likes solving puzzles of all kinds, taking care of animals, biking, reading, and going for walks with her husband at favorite places on both shores of Lake Michigan. She played soccer and ran track in high school and college, and is a diehard Brewers, Bucks, Packers, and Arsenal fan.
