The Course by Course is our #1 selling report - ordered by around 60% of our customers. It will work for most purposes and applications, but we recommend you contact the institution to which you are applying to find out what type of assessment they require.
At this time, ECE only provides academic assessments for individuals interested in studying, obtaining professional licensure, or seeking employment in Canada. No matter which ECE® report you need – General, General with GPA, Course by Course (the most ordered report type), High School and University Level Course by Course, or Subject Analysis – you now have the option of submitting your documents without the extra time and expense of getting or writing your own translation. For a fee of $85, you do not need to submit any English translation of your educational documents.
This single fee covers all documents needed to prepare your evaluation – no extra charges for multiple pages or documents. You don’t have to worry about the cost adding up page by page. Or about finding an official translation service. Or about spending time translating your documents to English before sending them to us. We keep it simple – one fee, all your documents, and we handle all the translation work.
These translations are for evaluation and report preparation purposes only. They will not be provided to you or to the institution receiving the report.

Assessment Report Descriptions
General
This report does not include an evaluation of individual courses, grades, or grade average (GPA).
General with Grade Average
Grade average for each university level credential. Note: If there is no university level study, a grade average for high school level study will be included.
Course by Course
Grade point average for each credential, list of courses completed, credits earned, and grades received of your high school OR university level studies.
Recommended for military applicants with university-level study.
Assessment Report Order
Most ECE® orders are completed within five business days after we receive all required documents. Some may take longer, as processing times can vary and do not include delivery time, weekends, or holidays.
As part of your order, you will receive the following unofficial copies of the completed report:
- An electronic copy will be provided on your Account Dashboard. This copy cannot be downloaded or shared.
- A personal report copy will be mailed to you
You may add official copies for $30 each (or $20 each if you purchased InsigniaTM).
You may add a guaranteed 5-Business Day Rush Service* for $90.
*Rush Service begins upon receipt, review, and approval of all required documentation, information, and payment. Mailing time is not included in Rush Service. Please see Delivery Options for expedited mailing options.
If you have a deadline or need the report completed urgently, we highly recommend adding Rush Service to your order.
Assessment Report Copies Available for Five Years
Copies of reports are available to purchase for five years from the date of issue. Only the person who ordered the original report can order copies.
- First report copy: $45*
- Each additional report copy ordered at the same time: $30*
Copies ordered after the completion of the report are processed and mailed within four business days.
You may add Next Business Day Rush Service for $20.
We do not provide same day service or delivery. Unofficial electronic reports are available in your account when the report is complete. Please note this electronic report is not available to download.
*If you added the ECE Insignia™ package when you ordered your report or anytime after, you pay only $20 per copy.

Please be aware our processing time does not include delivery time. We are not responsible for packages and their contents once they leave our offices with a delivery service. Please contact the carrier directly for further information.

Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. We accept credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) and checks. Any personal check issued by a foreign bank must also list the name of an affiliated U.S. bank. We cannot accept bank drafts, money orders, or cash.
