Internationally educated nurses applying to the Wyoming State Board of Nursing can order an ECE® Credential Evaluation Assessment (CEA) Report for Initial RN Licensure or Endorsement RN Licensure, depending on whether they are seeking first-time U.S. licensure or endorsement by Wyoming. Wyoming requirements include nursing education records, foreign license information, and secondary school information when required. ECE® nursing forms and transcripts must be submitted as instructed. English Language Proficiency may also be required if your instruction, textbooks, and clinical practice were not solely in English; at-home ELP exams are not accepted.
