The Course by Course is our #1 selling report—ordered by around 60% of our customers. It will work for most purposes and applications, but we recommend you contact the institution to which you are applying to find out what type of report they require. We offer a range of foreign degree evaluations to fit your needs.

Report copies cost just $20 (regularly $30 to $45) for the life of the evaluation. Report Descriptions

General

This report does not include an evaluation of individual courses, grades, or grade average (GPA).

General with Grade Average

Grade average for each university level credential. Note: If there is no university level study, a grade average for high school level study will be included.

Course by Course

Grade point average for each credential, list of courses completed, credits earned, and grades received of your high school OR university level studies.
Recommended for military applicants with university-level study.

High School and University Level Course by Course

Grade point average for each credential, list of courses completed, credits earned, and grades received of your high school AND university level studies.

Subject Analysis

Specific arrangements must be made between ECE and the referring licensing board or institution before this type of report can be prepared.

Evaluation Report Order

Most ECE® orders are completed within five business days after we receive all required documents. Some may take longer, as processing times can vary and do not include delivery time, weekends, or holidays.

As part of your order, you will receive the following unofficial copies of the completed report:

  • An electronic copy will be provided on your Account Dashboard. This copy cannot be downloaded or shared.

  • A personal report copy will be mailed to you

You may add official copies for $30 each (or $20 each if you purchased InsigniaTM).

You may add a guaranteed 5-Business Day Rush Service* for $90.

*Rush Service begins upon receipt, review, and approval of all required documentation, information, and payment. Mailing time is not included in Rush Service. Please see Delivery Options for expedited mailing options.

If you have a deadline or need the report completed urgently, we highly recommend adding Rush Service to your order.

Report Copies Available for Five Years

Copies of reports are available to purchase for five years from the date of issue. Only the person who ordered the original report can order copies. 

  • First report copy: $45*

  • Each additional report copy ordered at the same time: $30*

Copies ordered after the completion of the report are processed and mailed within four business days.

You may add Next Business Day Rush Service for $20.

We do not provide same day service or delivery. Unofficial electronic reports are available in your account when the report is complete. Please note this electronic report is not available to download.

*If you added the ECE Insignia™ package when you ordered your report or anytime after, you pay only $20 per copy.

Report Update

If you have completed your foreign degree or diploma program or if you have completed additional coursework in that program since receiving an ECE® evaluation report, you may be eligible for a Report Update.

Updated reports must be of the same report type. For example, a General Report cannot be updated to a Course by Course. Please note that a Report Update is not available for a Subject Analysis Report.

If the following applies to you:

  • You were in the process of completing your degree or diploma program when you applied for the original ECE® report.
  • The report was completed within the last five years.

Then:

  1. Go to your ECE account.
  2. View your list of completed reports. For any eligible report you will be able to click on a button that says Update Report.
 If the original report was:  Then the update fee is:
 General  $75
 General with Grade Average  $95
 Course by Course  $130
 High School and University Level Course by Course  $150

Translation Waiver

If you are ordering a General or a General with Grade Average Report, you have the option to submit your documents without the extra time and expense of obtaining a translation. For a fee of $50, you do not need to submit any English translation of your educational documents.

English translations will not be provided to you or to the institution receiving the report.

This option is not available for NABP orders.

Payment must be made in U.S. dollars. We accept credit/debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) and checks. Any personal check issued by a foreign bank must also list the name of an affiliated U.S. bank. We cannot accept bank drafts, money orders, or cash.
