Accessibility Statement

Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) is committed to maintaining a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. Our goal is to follow the Level AA standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, which explain how to make internet content more accessible to people with certain disabilities. In general, WCAG can help make the web more user-friendly for everyone.

Website Accessibility Features

This website displays correctly in current browsers. The code used to build the site complies with W3C standards for HTML and CSS, so any future browsers will also display correctly.

Among its accessibility features, this website includes color contrast designed to maximize legibility; mouse, keyboard, and touch navigability; hierarchically structured content that facilitates keyboard navigation; and alternate text for screen readers. Additionally, the site responds to screen size and device type, and supports text reflow and resizing.

Reporting Accessibility Issues

Accessibility laws and standards change over time, as do sections of our website when we update content or introduce new features. Therefore, it is important to understand that our efforts to improve accessibility are part of an ongoing process.

If you encounter any accessibility issues, we encourage you to contact our customer care team so we may assist you. Please provide information about the page you are trying to access and the type of assistive technology you use. We take web content accessibility seriously and will endeavor to correct any problems as soon as we can.

Thank you for helping us improve the accessibility of our site. We look forward to serving your credential evaluation needs.
