Due to a Safer at Home order by the governor of Wisconsin, we are sorry to announce that ECE has temporarily suspended operations as of Tuesday, March 24, 2020. We will resume normal activities as soon as it is safe to do so.
If you are planning to apply for an educational credential report from ECE, please do not send us any documents. Documents en route to us via courier services such as FedEx and DHL will be returned to sender. Documents sent via U.S. mail will be held by the post office.  An ECE representative will pick up held mail periodically, but documents will not be processed and will not be sent back to customers. Your documents will be locked and safe in our office until we can return to normal operations.
Our top priority during this time is the health and safety of our employees and community. As soon as we are able to begin normal operations, rest assured that we will be here for you as you continue to pursue your international education, employment, and immigration dreams.

If you are an ECE® customer who has an existing account and you need to contact us, please log into your online account and click on the Contact ECE tab to send us a message.  We will respond to all messages within 48 hours.

If you are not currently an ECE® customer and have questions about our services, we are not currently available via LiveChat, email, or phone.  We will be open for business as soon as we can safely do so and will announce when we are available again via our website and social media, including Facebook.

It is not necessary to drop off your educational documents in person. It is best to mail your documents to ECE.

  • If you prefer to drop off documents, our reception staff can receive your educational documents only after you apply online. 

  • If  you would like to pick up the completed report, please contact Customer Service to make arrangements.

Note: Our reception staff are not trained to answer questions about our online application, your documents, the status of your file, or a completed ECE® evaluation. If you have questions, please contact our professional Customer Service staff.
