ECE® Report Options
ECE offers a variety of options to institutions and organizations looking to order evaluation reports on behalf of individuals. Whether you’re an organization needing reports for new employees that were educated overseas, or you’re an institution needing reports to expedite admission decisions, we have the report type for you.
How to Order ECE® Reports:
Order U.S. reports on behalf of your applicants with ECE DispatchTM. Securely access our foreign education evaluation reports and educational documents in one convenient PDF document and give your applicants a discount on their report!
Standard Report:
These reports are prepared using documents received according to our Documentation Requirements, which vary by country. Our standard reports include a forensic review of the documents’ authenticity.

ECE Document Authentication™ Report:
The ECE Document Authentication™ Report is a specialized institutional report that confirms the legitimacy of academic documents submitted by your organization. If you conduct your own evaluations but want expert assurance that the underlying documentation is genuine, the Document Authentication™ report is right for you!
Document Authentication™ ($80)
Includes expert review by ECE® evaluators to confirm document authenticity, including:
- Review of security features such as watermarks, holographic images, microtext, and seals
- Validation of document formats and signatures
- Analysis of emailed and electronic document sources, including MIME analysis
- Comparison against official sample documents in ECE’s global credential library
- Direct contact with issuing institutions when appropriate
Note: This report does not include an evaluative summary and is available only to institutions and organizations.
ECE Exclusive UseTM Report:
These reports are prepared using academic documents provided by the requesting institution, which may include photocopied, scanned, or incomplete documents. These are available to be ordered only by U.S. institutions and organizations.

We also offer the option to convert an Exclusive Use report to our standard, official report, if needed, at a lower cost. Need a final, more official report after the student matriculates to campus? Our standard reports are the answer!
