The American Dental Education Association (ADEA) provides centralized application services for those pursuing education in dental hygiene in the U.S. This service allows you to apply to multiple dental hygiene education programs in the U.S. with one application.
Follow these instructions to order a credential evaluation report for ADEA DHCAS - ADEA Dental Hygiene Centralized Application Service.
ADEA DHCAS requires a course-by-course credential evaluation report.

✔ You will need to create an ECE® user account, if you do not already have one.
✔ Once you have an ECE® user account, be sure to completely log out of your ECE® account before accessing your ADEA DHCAS account.
✔ You MUST begin the application process on the ADEA DHCAS site.
✔ If you already had an ECE® Course-by-Course evaluation report completed within the last 5 years, read the section below about Ordering Copies.
Complete the ADEA DHCAS application and get a Centralized Application Service (CAS) ID#.
From your ADEA DHCAS account, choose to order an ECE® Evaluation.
You will be redirected to the ECE® login page.
Log in to your ECE® account.
Complete the online application for an ECE® Course-by-Course evaluation report.
An official copy for ADEA DHCAS will be added to your order.
After you submit your application and payment, arrange for your educational documents to be delivered to ECE according to the ECE® country-specific documentation requirements:
Review your documents and contact you if anything else is needed.
Prepare an official credential evaluation report.
Deliver the completed evaluation to ADEA DHCAS electronically.
Send an unsealed copy of the evaluation to your address.
If you already had an ECE® Course-by-Course evaluation report completed within the last 5 years, you can order a copy sent to ADEA DHCAS.
