PharmGrad Application Instructions
The Pharmacy Graduate Application Service (PharmGrad) is a centralized application service to apply to multiple M.S. and Ph.D. programs offered by colleges and schools of pharmacy. Follow these instructions to apply for a foreign education credential evaluation for PharmGrad.
Before applying:
✔ You will need to create an ECE® user account, if you do not already have one.
IMPORTANT: Your email address used for your ECE® account needs to be an exact match to the email address used on your CAS account.
✔ Once you have an ECE® user account, be sure to completely log out of your ECE® account before accessing your PharmGrad account.
✔ PharmGrad only accepts evaluation reports during open CAS cycles. More information on the CAS cycle can be found here: PharmGrad Cycle Dates.
Report Type
PharmGrad requires a Course by Course ($199) evaluation report.
If you already had an ECE® Course by Course evaluation report completed within the last 5 years, read the section below about Ordering ECE Report Copies.
To apply for an ECE® Evaluation Report:
You MUST begin the application process on the PharmGrad site.

Complete the PharmGrad application to receive a Centralized Application Service (CAS) ID#.

It is very important that you add the international schools you attended in the Colleges Attended section of the PharmGrad account.

From your PharmGrad account, select the ORDER ECE® Evaluation button from where you will be redirected to the ECE® login page.

Once logged in to your ECE® account, complete the online application for an ECE® Course by Course evaluation report.

An official ECE report copy for PharmGrad will be automatically added to your order.

After the ECE online application has been submitted, send your educational documentation according to the ECE® country-specific documentation requirements.

Ordering ECE Report Copies
If you already had an ECE® Course by Course evaluation report completed within the last 5 years, you can order a copy sent to PharmGrad.
Be sure to completely log out of your ECE® user account before accessing your PharmGrad account.
IMPORTANT: ECE official report copies for PharmGrad should only be ordered when the PharmGrad cycle is open. If a copy is ordered prior to the PharmGrad cycle opening, it will not appear in your PharmGrad account, and a new copy will need to be ordered when the PharmGrad cycle opens.

Can I send an existing ECE® report to PharmGrad?
Yes, if your ECE® Course by Course evaluation was completed within the last five years. Start the copy request from your PharmGrad account while the current application cycle is open so the official electronic copy can appear in your account.
