Stacy Riley began her service as President at ECE in January 2025, bringing over three decades of higher education leadership experience. Before joining ECE, Stacy was the Executive Vice President of Student Affairs at Gateway Technical College in southeastern Wisconsin. Stacy holds a Doctor of Education degree from Northern Illinois University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

She is excited about the opportunity to lead an organization that directly impacts individuals' ability to achieve their educational and professional dreams on a global scale. The chance to work with the passionate and dedicated team at ECE to advance its mission of fairness and equity in credential evaluation is incredibly inspiring.
